Your Election Campaign
Engineered
to Perfection
An election campaign is too serious a matter to be left to amateurs and people with little experience.
An election campaign is a complex operation which requires the proper execution of a considerable number of tasks, some of which are highly technical. The potential for error is high. Some mistakes could be fatal.
Taking risks is not advisable. It would be much wiser to entrust your campaign to experienced professionals.

How An Election Campaign Is Conducted—Our Way
In Four Steps
An election campaign starts months before the public knows that the candidate is running.
Initially, the candidate seeks the endorsement of prominent members of his community. Opinion polls also provide insights into the potential support for the candidate.
If the candidate and his advisors think they have enough backing, they start to:
- Develop a campaign strategy.
- Take a stand on issues likely to be discussed during the campaign.
- Draft a political program to present the candidate's views.
- Set the main message and craft the slogans of the campaign.
- Raise funds.
- Purchase advertising space if needed.
Announcing the candidacy marks the official start of a campaign.
A campaign organization is assembled. It has countless tasks:
- Establish local campaign organizations in the villages and neighborhoods, and one for the expatriates.
- Survey the electoral district according to political affiliations and voting trends.
- Train supporters on how to reach out to voters.
- Recruit and train volunteers to help on election day.
- Recruit and train the delegates of the candidate at the polls.
- Prepare the folder the delegate needs on election day.
- Train delegates and campaign workers on software used.
- Prepare a program of visits and public meetings for the candidate.
- Hold events and rallies.
- Prepare an operations room for election day.
In addition, a campaign needs a distinctive visual identity, which will be reflected in the campaign signs, posters, and publications.
A website is equally important, for prestige, and to give information about the candidate and his ideas.
The candidate will often have to address people, and make speeches on certain occasions. He may be invited to participate in television debates and talk shows. His speeches, television appearances, and informal addresses must be carefully prepared, considering both content and form, ideally with the assistance of a team of writers and political experts. Media training may be needed.
The media and PR team will issue press releases about the candidate’s activities, secure media coverage for these activities, arrange interviews for the candidate with the press, and solicit favorable articles in the press. It will also keep the campaign archives. The Creative team will produce posters and promotional videos for the social media.
The campaign organization provides transportation service for voters.
It also provides delegates inside the polling stations–and all campaign workers—with food and drink throughout the day.
Delegates at the polls:
- Keep track of supporters who have voted and inform the campaign organization about those who have not done so.
- Observe the voting and the counting of ballots to discourage fraud.
- Report the results of the polling station they are at to the campaign organization, allowing it to monitor vote counts and forecast the final results.
The campaign organization processes the polling results it receives and gives the cumulative score gradually throughout the evening.
Candidates and their staff analyze the results.
They also take a critical look at their campaign, identify its shortcomings, and draw conclusions. What went wrong? What can we improve?
It’s about learning from past mistakes to better prepare future elections.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I start preparing for the elections?
We advise you to start one year in advance. This will provide you with ample time to prepare. Every aspect of the campaign will be meticulously planned and executed, without having to rush things in a last-minute campaign. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to test the waters and experiment with different strategies. Unfortunately, many individuals make the mistake of deciding to run for elections relatively late, which inevitably leads to a hurried, stressful, and risky campaign. In short, the sooner you begin, the better prepared you’ll be.
How can you help me?
We take care of your entire campaign, down to the smallest details. Your cooperation as a candidate will be required throughout the campaign, but we’ll do the hard work for you.
Which services to choose?
We offer all the services necessary to make your campaign successful, and to support your political career as well. These services are presented to you as a menu, from which you can choose. You may choose to omit services that you don’t need. However, we advise you to choose as many items in the menu as you can afford, since most services are interrelated, and to be able to accomplish one task properly, you often need another. In any case, you can add services later, if you need to.
Are your services expensive?
No, they’re not. Our fees are fair. They are used to pay a large team of talented people who work for your campaign. We can assure you that a campaign under our leadership will cost you less than an old-fashioned campaign, done haphazardly, with the usual waste and unnecessary expenses.
Can you guarantee that l will win?
It would be unwise—and unethical—to promise you victory. Victory also depends, in part, on external factors that are beyond our control. What we do promise though is to maximize your chances of winning. In our experience, a well-run campaign makes a difference of about 25% of additional votes for the candidate, which is often enough to win.
